Artist's Comments
This was the first concept sketch for Hulk's son, Skaar. development started when a toy version was to be released to coincide with the book.
My idea here is have Skaar more of a desert nomad, where everything was dusty and harsh; hence the mask and tiny slits. I wasn't yet aware of what state Sakaar was after planet hulk, so I assumed it was more like Dune or Tattooine |
