It's done... well the figure actually. I cheated on the background hehe... blur here, and there and VOILA... it still doesnt match :rofl:

I decided to just put an edited picture in the BG since the webbing was way to tedious to render, as I had to keep in mind the angle of each strand. A good thing I managed to find an efficient way to make it less stressful...

Just so you know what i mean .. here's a detail shot [link]

At this angle Spidey is about to go splat into the new year sign (which is behind the camera) in new york

Anyways I hope you guys like it

Wow Carlo! That looks fantastic! The figure is rendered so well that it actually looks like it belongs with that photographic background. It doesn't look out of place one bit. It's truly an amazing image. The pattern on his suit is insane! :wow:

very cool design. I like the blurring, gives a feel of motion - perhaps 'motion blur' would solve the matching issue :)

actually it already has motion blur :)... not too much or it'd lose the suit details... it has more to do with the colors I think
